Good afternoon colleagues,
We hope you had a terrific summer and you're enjoying a smooth transition back to the real world.
Your ACE team is welcoming you back with a reminder that the All-State Jazz & Show festival has moved back to November. The registration window will remain open through Friday, August 23rd.
We are still working on finalizing the audition excerpts. We will share those via email and post to the ACE website as soon as possible. In the meantime, students can begin polishing their scales.
Auditions for Jazz will be submitted digitally via Opus Events August 31st-September 7th.
Auditions for Show will be hosted live at Valley Vista High School on Saturday, September 21st. Results for both ensembles will be shared on Monday, September 23rd.
The Jazz & Show festival will be held at Horizon High School, Thursday-Saturday, 11/07-11/09.

Festival Dates:
Tucson Site: Oct. 21-22
Flagstaff Site: Oct. 24
Phoenix Site: Oct. 24-25
Register early to have your best chance at your preferred times. If you are waiting on a PO number go ahead and register with "TBD" as your PO number on the form. You just have to make sure to send your PO number once you get it. We have made some adjustments to the schedule at the Phoenix site that we hope will alleviate the transportation problems we ran into last year.
